What's inside
One download, three files: a CSV to load into your app or spreadsheet, a printable guide (US Letter, one table per department) and the license terms.
- 42categories, from jeans to handbags
- 307value groups (department, category, condition)
- 133,428sold items behind the values
- Columns: department, category, condition group, median, 25th and 75th percentile, number of sales, oldest and newest sale date, and the date the guide was last updated.
- How a value is computed. Each one is the median final sold price of completed Poshmark (US) sales in that department, category and condition (new with tags, or used). The 25th to 75th percentile is the typical range. Bundles, non-clothing and sales with no stated condition are left out, and so is any group with fewer than 30 sales.
- How often it is refreshed. Every quarter, from the latest sales. Every row carries the date it was last updated.

Who it's for
- Donation-value apps that today show a static guide table. Replace it with values from real sales, split by condition, with the sales count next to each number. Nothing to integrate: load the CSV.
- Tax preparers who help clients value donated clothing. Look a value up, or print the guide for a client's file. Each row shows how many sales stand behind it.
Licenses
Pay once for a year. Both licenses cover the 2026 guide and its refreshes for 12 months.
App license
Donation-value and inventory apps
$99 / year
- Display the values inside one app, to that app's users
- Use the CSV and the printable guide internally
- Refreshed editions for 12 months
Preparer license
Tax preparers and accounting firms
$29 / year
- Use the guide at one firm, for its own clients' returns
- Print it or share pages of it with those clients
- Refreshed editions for 12 months
Neither license allows reselling or redistributing the raw file. The license terms have the details.
Want live values instead?
If your app values each donor's list as they enter it, use the API: POST /v1/value returns a value for each item, with the sales behind it. It also matches on brand, which the guide does not. See how it works.
To look up one category for free, each department and category has its own page: used clothing values by category, with the 12-month median by condition and the sales behind it.
What this is not
- Market data, not tax advice. These are resale prices, not appraisals. How a value is used on a return is for the donor and their tax adviser, and an appraisal may be required for high-value items.
- Poshmark only. A thrift store sale of the same item can be lower, and Poshmark's listed price can be a little above a negotiated one.
- Clothing, shoes and bags only.
How the data is cleaned, with real examples of what it misses, is on the accuracy page.
